Dylan's background in teacher training enabled him to reflect insightfully on the challenges and opportunities for ESL teachers transitioning into business English training. Armed with the knowledge and enhanced skills provided by the TDCI course, he is looking forward to helping a new generation of teachers become confident business English trainers.

Dylan also offers language training and coaching for adults wanting to upgrade their English communication skills and is a firm believer in the adage that ‘learners are the best resource’, which is why he advocates a learner-centred approach based around his clients’ wants, needs, and interests.
