Ana Osman (Croatia)
In-company Business English Trainer
Ana teaches Business English to IT professionals in Zagreb. She holds an MA in Primary Education (ELT specialisation), an IB Educator Certificate, and she completed her Cert IBET in 2026, bringing more than 15 years of teaching experience across schools, private tutoring, and corporate work.
Her background combines formal training in language-teaching methodology with hands-on experience in IT companies, where she teaches Business and General English, covering business communication, professional writing, presentations, and client and cross-cultural communication. Rather than relying on generic textbook material, Ana builds lessons around real workplace situations and has developed her own teaching resources tailored to the companies and learners she works with.
In addition to her corporate training, Ana also works with school-age learners in one-on-one sessions, focusing on building strong grammar and vocabulary foundations alongside speaking confidence from an early age.
Her work is driven by the idea that people should be able to speak and write in English with the same confidence they already have in their own field.
