Both Ben and Michelle gave talks over the two days, and networked with colleagues from across Ireland, and beyond.

This year's IATEFL BESIG pre-conference event (PCE) was well attended. Michelle was invited to facilitate the group activity at the end of the day's session. THe overall theme was around peer collaboration

Ben & Michelle were invited to host one of BESIG's regular weekend workshops. We focused on what factors are critical for a business English trainer's success.

The event looks at "The Future of Teacher Development" and Ben gave a talk on using gamification in teacher training

Michelle & Ben were invited to deliver a workshop to colleagues in Brazil by BRAZ-TESOL BESIG's Ricardo Bruns. We enjoyed a collegial exchange over the course of 2 hours.

Michelle and Ben jointly presented a session talking about how to train innovation.

Ben and Michelle attended the IATEFL conference in Harrogate and presented a talk on the last day. It was well attended by many fellow BE professionals and we explored the question of what it takes to be a BE trainer.
